How to place order?
If you see something you like and wish to order, please do not hesitate to call me or email me your following details:-

1. Personal Info:
  • Name & telephone number
  • Delivery address
  • Delivery date
2. Description and details of your order :
  • Item Name (Birthday Cards, Invitations Cards, Party Bag, Cupcake Topper and etc.)
  • Quantity
  • Personalized info (if applicable) i.e. color of the card, card size, wordings, date, etc
  • Event and theme (custom made cards only)
Your inquiry will be processed within 1-3 working days, unless we busy or away.  You will then receive our quotation and once you approved, we shall send you an invoice containing details of payment. We request 50% deposit to start working on the design and the rest is paid upon completion before the final product is delivered to client, unless other arrangement have been added and aprroved.  Don't forget to send us the proof of payment.
We will then proceed the  designing and sample of artwork will be emailed back to you before it is  been sent for printing for proof read. You are allowed to make 3 changes from the initial work and if you need to make more than that, additional charges will be incured. All final artwork will be sent for printing after your approval. No digital formal will be given to you. We will notify you by email when all your items are ready for picked up or to be posted by POS LAJU.

Note: If you need digital format for certain item, please state in your email. Additional fee to buy the digital format will be incured.

3. For Ready Made Stock
It will take within 4-5 days to reach your place if the stock is available at my place. Otherwise, we will need a few additional days to make the item, depending of its complexity. Any material changes will be notified as all product are hand made and we do not produce too many stock at the same time. We shall replace the material with something similar, upon your approval for sure.

4. To Personalize From Our Ready Made Collection
There are times when the materials on a card might not be available at the time of ordering. During such cases, we will replace the material with something similar, upon your approval for sure.
Estimated turnaround time: Minimum of THREE (3) weeks
Rush order fee is applied when order is placed less than 3 weeks.

5. For Custom Made Design
Estimated turnaround time: Minimum of FOUR (4) weeks (More time will be needed for bulk orders)
Rush order fee is applied when order is placed less than FOUR (4) weeks.
For bulk orders, please place your order several months in advance. We will need time to draft and finalize your design. The lead time needed for production would depend on the complexity and quantity of the items.


Rush Order Fee
This fee will be applied when you make last minute order on bulk items (especially for order less than 2 weeks). Fee ranges from RM20 to RM50 depending on the complexity and quantity of the item.

Lead Time

We are doing on pre-order basics. Upon receipt of your orders and payments, we will need turnaround 2-4 weeks to delivery your orders to your doorstep by courer services.

Return Policy
If there is manufacturer defect or items incorrectly sent, please contact us at 6012-3168307 for a return authorization within 7 days of receipt of your order and return the item to us in their original unused condition with the tags intact and return to us within 7 days from date of our agreement to such return. The refund will be given as money back or in exchange for item of equivalent value. Any shipping charges arising from the return will be borne by the customers.

Do note that the price for shipping is NOT INCLUDED yet in the quotation.
The delivery fee, which are charges by shipping carriers, will be calculated on the weight of the products delivered.

POS LAJU : RM10 up to 2 kg
Proper & safe packing will be done by Amicable designer.
Amicable designer will not be responsible for any loss or damage during the delivery.

Delivery
We do not cater for delivery. Self collection is available at Giza Mall, Dataran Sunway, Kota Damansara, PJ. We can post your item using POS LAJU but we are not responsible for any lost during the transit.
We will provide you with the track number.
Cancellation
Please be informed that should you need to cancel your order for any reason, you are bound to pay for all the production (design and physical items) till the day of your cancellation. This charges will be deducted from your deposit, and you might need to make extra payment for the work that has been completed. If cancellation is made within 24-hours of your deposit payment, we will fully refund it to you. Otherwise, full deposit will NOT be refunded.
